7TH RE-DESIGN IDEA CONTEST IN RURAL AREAS
Inventa uma imagem e tudo o que quiseres: a data e as horas, as bandas, todas as atrações desta nossa imaginada festa – até o nome dela – se quiseres!
Basicamente só tens de enviar uma ideia do que poderá vir a ser um possível cartaz para uma festa que iremos realizar no largo comunitário da 5ªOficina no Mosteirinho dos Coutos de Viseu.
Come up with a visual concept and whatever else you like: the date and time, the bands, all the attractions for this imaginary party—even the name itself, if you wish!
Basically, all you need to do is submit an idea for a potential poster of the party we will be hosting at the 5ªOficina community square in Mosteirinho dos Coutos, Viseu.
O “KIT DO PARTICIPANTE“, este ano, é apenas uma folha em branco… Não compliquem, é pegar e fazer! Podem fazer numa folha A6, A5, A4, A3 e basta, que temos de poupar árvores!
This year, the “PARTICIPANT KIT” is just a blank sheet of paper… Keep it simple: just grab one and get to work! You can use A6, A5, A4, or A3 paper—that’s all you need, since we have to save trees!
Apresentação:
O concurso de ideias de re-design em meio rural é uma iniciativa promovida pela Associação QuintaOficina, com a colaboração da Junta de Freguesia dos Coutos de Viseu e o apoio da Câmara Municipalde Viseu, através do programa de financiamento Eixo Cultura. Este concurso consiste na recriação do “típico cartaz da festa da aldeia”, que se realizará junto à Biblioteca e ao Forno Comunitário, em Mosteirinho dos Coutos de Viseu. Esta iniciativa insere-se na Programação internacional de mediação cultural em meio rural, “VII-MOST”, que pretende estimular o cruzamento disciplinar entre as artes, os artistas e a comunidade local, revitalizando o meio rural através da formação, da expressão e da educação pela arte.
Presentation:
The re-design contest of ideas in a rural environment is an initiative promoted by the Quinta Oficina Association, in collaboration with the Parish Council of Coutos de Viseu and supported by the Viseu City Hall through the Eixo Cultura funding program. This contest consists of recreating the “typical poster of the village party”, which will happen in the communal square between the Library and the Community oven. This initiative is part of the international cultural mediation program in rural areas,“VII MOST”, which aims to stimulate the interdisciplinary intersection between the arts, artists, and the local community, revitalizing the rural environment through training, expression, and education through art.
Artigo 5.º – Prémios
Article 5 – Awards
1) O autor da ideia vencedora na categoria melhor ideia (válido também para alunos do
secundário e universitário) nacionais e internacionais, receberá a quantia de 500 € (quinhentos euros) financiados pela Associação Quinta Oficina. O vencedor terá ainda direito a uma semana de residência artística, em data a designar pela organização, com estadia e alimentação, para acompanhar os trabalhos de implementação da sua obra pela Associação Quinta Oficina, e eventuais reajustes. O vencedor deverá entregar à entidade organizadora o respetivo recibo, ou documento equivalente.
1) The author of the winning idea in the best idea category (also valid for
secondary and university students), both national and international, will receive the sum of 500 € (five hundred euros) financed by the Association Quinta Oficina. The winner will also be entitled to a one-week artistic residency, with accommodation and meals, to follow the
implementation of his or her work carried out by the Quinta Oficina Association, along with any necessary adjustments. The winner must submit the respective receipt or equivalent document to the organizer.
2) O autor da ideia vencedora na categoria menores de 10 anos de idade (válido também para escolas do 1º ciclo) em Portugal Continental, receberá na sua escola/turma uma animação dinamizada pela Associação Quinta Oficina, no valor de 300€ (trezentos euros).
2)The author of the winning idea in the under 10 years old category (also valid for primary schools in mainland Portugal) will receive an entertainment session at their school/class organized by the Quinta Oficina Association, valued at 300€ (three hundred euros).
3) O autor da ideia vencedora na categoria maiores de 10 e menores de 15 anos de idade (válido também para escolas do 2º e 3º ciclos) em Portugal Continental, receberá na sua escola/turma um workshop dinamizado pela Associação Quinta Oficina, no valor de 200€ (duzentos euros).
3) The author of the winning idea in the over 10 and under 15 years of age category (also valid for 2nd and 3rd cycle schools) in mainland Portugal, will receive a workshop at their school/class, organized by the Quinta Oficina Association, valued at 200€ (two hundred euros).
